Great to see this collaborative work published in Bioinformatics (Oxford University Press) from our Lorenzo Martini!
A truly fruitful collaboration led by CBGR group at the Norwegian Centre for Molecular Biosciences and Medicine (NCMBM), University of Oslo, bringing together expertise in computational genomics and method development.
The paper “inMOTIFin: a lightweight end-to-end simulation software for regulatory sequences” presents an open-source tool designed to support robust and reproducible benchmarking in regulatory genomics — from motif discovery to TF cooperativity and deep-learning explainability.
